Managing your subscription within the TeamCare application ensures that your account remains synchronized and free from conflicts, such as duplicate subscriptions. It also allows for a smoother experience when making changes to your subscription.
Tips for getting started:
- In-App Management: Always use the in-app subscription management tools under 'Company Settings' for any changes to ensure proper handling of your account within the TeamCare application.

Do not use External Subscription Pages: Please refrain from managing your subscription through external pages like www.teamcaredental.com/pricing. Using such external links can lead to duplicate subscriptions and complications with your account.
Subscription Management in 'Company Settings'
To manage your subscription, follow these simple steps:

Log in to the TeamCare Web Application: Use your credentials to access your TeamCare account.

Navigate to Profile > then select Company Settings: Once logged in, locate and click on the 'Company Settings' page.
- Go to the 'Subscription' tab: This is the second of three tabs under 'Company Settings'

Next, select 'Manage Subscription': Here, you will find options to view and manage your subscription details.
Modifying Your Subscription
Within the Subscription Management section, you have several options:

View Current Plan: Check your current subscription plan and its details.

Upgrade or Modify Your Plan: If you wish to upgrade to a higher plan or modify your existing plan, do so directly within the app. This process is straightforward and ensures that your changes are immediately reflected in your TeamCare account.

Update Payment Information: Easily swap out credit/debit card details or update billing information.

Switch to Annual Billing: Take advantage of the option to switch to annual billing. This can be done on a prorated basis, allowing for cost-effective and convenient billing management.
- Cancel Subscription: We firmly believe that every office, office manager, and staff member will benefit from TeamCare. With that said, we realize that in certain cases, it doesn't make sense for everyone. To cancel your plan, click 'Manage Subscription' in the app > then select 'Cancel'
